Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewellery so if you are not entirely satisfied with the jewellery you have chosen, please return the  item to us unused within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange .

EARRINGS -regrettably we are unable to exchange earrings which have been worn due to hygiene reasons.

​

Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be refunded so please ensure that they are packaged safely before posting.

​

Goods you receive that have been damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

 

Please use first or second class post and ensure that you receive a proof of posting, when returning items.
